Every Genuine Toyota tow hitch features a model-specific design that's precisely engineered to achieve the vehicle's safest maximum tow rating. The tow hitch mounts to the frame of the vehicle as part of the complete Toyota towing system and is subject to an uncompromising design, testing and manufacturing process. By the time Toyota puts a towing system on a vehicle, each of its components have undergone extensive analysis and testing in order to ensure its capabilities.
Note:
This hitch is applicable to Tundra's with resin rear bumper, included with Sport Appearance Package (option code: SM). This is a Class III hitch with 5000lb capacity. OEM 4 pin tow wire harness, 82169-0C050 and two bolts, 90119-A0036 are required to complete installation. Service P/N for hitch plug is 51997-0C040.

Fits Several Models
The ball mount is a mechanically engineered structural component, designed specifically for use with Toyota tow hitches in order to accommodate the drop or rise needed to match the tow-hitch receiver to a trailer. The ball mount features a protective paint called electro-deposition coating or "e-coat" to help protect against corrosion and the environment, along with a powder topcoat to help protect against UV rays and maintain its long-term appearance. All Toyota ball mounts meet or exceed all industry towing standards.
