Toyota states that this will work on the 2013 - 2015 Rav4. It works fine on the 2013 but they changed the hook style on the 2014 and 2015 models. In doing so the strap does not stay fastened on the hook resulting in the net falling off. At this time the only real fix for this is to remove the inner quarter trim panels and rotate the hook to face the outside of the vehicle. Right now the hook faces up. Removing the panel just to rotate the hook would be a time consuming job, you would possibly even have to remove the rear seats.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice. If the invoice is lost and cannot be located the return will be delayed.

Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason except in cases where the part is defective or the part was looked up incorrectly. Once an electrical part has been installed it can only be returned if found to be defective.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee assessed to all special order parts returns. (Cores Exempt)
Cores for re-manufactured parts must be returned to us in the original box will all the core tags attached. All cores must be fully assembled and with no external damage.

All truck orders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage is must be noted on teh bill of lading. If damage is found after the shipment is accepted the carrier must be notified within 48 hours to be able to file a concealed damage claim.
Accessories installed at the time of the new vehicle purchase are covered for 36 months/36,000 miles, from the vehicle's in-service date, whichever occurs first, under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
