IPOD INTERFACE KIT (COMPLETE KIT)

The interface kit for iPod uses a proprietary 30-pin Apple iPod connector via connection point in the glove compartment to provide a direction connection from an iPod to the vehicle head unit, allowing the driver to control the iPod using either the steering pad or audio system controls.

Conflicts with 2010 Camry and 2011 Corolla and Matrix.

2010 & 2011 4Runner requires Satellite Ready base audio

Requires audio head unit to be satellite ready. Some premium audio units have embedded XM and conflict with the iPOD Interface kit. The 2009 Corolla and 2009 Matrix with Premium Audio (JBL) has embedded XM and conflicts with the iPOD Interface. Some base grade audio are not satellite ready. Either iPOD or Sat Radio can be installed, not both. If the iPOD Interface kit is conflicted, then the AUX input jack should be used with the iPOD player. Compatible iPOD Models: iPOD mini iPOD 4th and; 5th generation iPOD nano 1st , 2nd and; 3rd generation iPOD touch.

BLU Logic Hands Free System

The BLU Logic Hands-free System integrates with the factory audio system to initiate and answer cellular phone calls, enabling cell phone use that is essentially "hands free." A small microphone designed to capture the voices of vehicle occupants is provided, while owners listen to incoming and outgoing cellular calls through the front factory speakers. Incoming calls are answered with the push of a button. Outgoing calls are placed by cellular phone dialing and speaking into the fixed microphone. The sound level of incoming calls is easily adjusted up or down with simple clearly identified button functions. The system also delivers music streaming capability on most enabled phones.

Notes: * Engineer: 1) NON-JBL Audio Only, NON-Navigation Only (Navigation OK for tC installation) 2) Please confirm that a knock-out plate is available in the vehicle to mount the switch prior to ordering. This part number does not conflict with accessory satellite radio.
